Protection and processing of personal data, rights of the concerned person.
By agreeing to the processing of personal data, the concerned person gives consent to the Dataid Company, s.r.o., residing at Klincová 16637/37B, ID: 52117723, registered in the Public Register managed under the Commercial Register of the Bratislava I District Court, Section: Sro, Insert No. 133682/B, (herein after referred to only as the "Administrator"), to process the following personal data of the concerned person, pursuant to the Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on the change and amendment of certain acts (hereinafter referred to only as the “Act on the Protection of Personal Data”):
- name and surname
- company name
- phone number
It is necessary to process the name, surname, company name, phone number and e-mail for the purpose the Administrator contacting the person with an offer of services. This data will be processed by the Administrator for 1 year.
The Processing of Personal Data
By giving consent to the processing of personal data, the concerned person gives his or her expressed consent to the above-mentioned processing. The consent can be revoked at any time, for example, by sending an email to info@dataid.sk or by sending a mail to the contact information of the management company Dataid s.r.o., Klincová 37/B, 821 08 Bratislava, Slovakia.
The processing of personal data is performed exclusively by the Administrator. The personal data is not processed by any other subject.
Rights to Correction, Forgetting and Access to Personal Data of the Concerned Person
Please note that under the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, the concerned person has the right to:
- revoke consent at any time
- ask for information, which personal data is processed
- ask for an explanation regarding the processing of personal data
- ask for a statement of this data and have it updated or corrected
- ask for deletion of this personal data
- in case of doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
